Government have constituted the Advisory Board, Kerala Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 2007 as per sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Kerala Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act 2007 for the purposes of sections 10 and 11 of the Act. The Board consists of a Chairman, who is or had been Judge of a High Court and Two members who are qualified under the Constitution of India to be appointed as a Judge of High Court.
